The leotard tutus can be worn to dance class, playing or just worn anywhere. They are great layered with leggings and long sleeve tee shirts on cold days.

Elmo is hand appliqued using a recycled towel and then sewn on to the super soft 90% cotton, 10% lycra leotard tutu. The attached tutu skirt is made from bridal quality tulle.

THERE MIGHT BE SOME SLIGHT VARIATIONS ON FABRICS AND COLORS. THE DESIGNER USES MOSTLY RECYCLED TEXTILES BUT WILL TRY TO MATCH AS CLOSE AS I CAN THE COLORS AND FABRICS AS PICTURED IN THE PHOTO.
