Shipping:

We process orders within 24 hours.  Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping (although most times a lot quicker!).  Personalized items can take up to 2 weeks for arrival.  Upon receiving your order and after credit card authorization we will send a confirmation email that your order has been processed. We work with many different manufacturers, so your shipment could be delivered in more than one package as some of them ship directly to you, the customer, as this saves on excess packaging and having to ship twice (saving on fuel!).

All items are shipped via ground USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States or to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Sales Tax:

All orders being shipped within the state of California are subject to sales tax of 9.75%

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, we will gladly provide a full merchandise refund for your order - within 14 days of original receipt.  Please email us at customerservice@jillybeangreen.com for return instructions.  Sorry we cannot accept returns on any sale or personalized items, these are ALL final sales.

Stock Availability

jillybean green offers products from several different designers. While we continually update our stock lists, occasionally we may be unaware of an out of stock item. Should you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you asap to offer you several options.  You can decide if you want to wait for next shipment of the product to arrive, get something else that is equally fantastic or cancel your order.
